This hotel ruined my raddison experiance world wide It seems like the mangment is realaly bad ! If you care about you having a nice stay you should read this to know if you want this horrible experiance I came here eln a work trip for more thtan 16 nights The lobby has no AC at all and fakar can be so hot! 98% of staff dont speak english even in resturants and they dont even have english menue Its very hard to ask for anything 1)The halls walking tl the rooms smell like dibbers and not ACed 2)The doors to open and walk through seem like a 2 star hotel not a 5 star 3)It took them 1 hour to brkng my luggage to the room until i went and picked it up my self 4)the rooms them self are very clean and bed is comfy but the sink in the bathroom/shower even if you open it on low pressure it wilm still spray all of you with water because its very close to the edge and nothing stops the water from that It seems like no one in this hotel thinks about the experiance in the rooms ! The break fast is great ! But i cant eat pork and for some reason the the kitchen keep putting the bacon and the boiled eggs in the same box I asked them 2 times and i even gave a soultion to put the bacon with the pork susage in the same box and put the chicken susgae and boiled eggs together but obviously nothing has changed At this moment im writing this im trying hard to order a drink that i want Theree is no english menue and the guys dont speak english its like mission impossible I ended up drinking something random bevause I gave up Im really disappointed by this hotel because its 5 stars and they charge allt of money for a night

Un endroit vraiment agréable pour se détendre et admirer le magnifique coucher de soleil de Dakar. Parfait pour un rendez-vous d'affaires, un moment entre amis ou un rendez-vous galant.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at the Noom. From the moment that we arrived we were cared for by the amazing front desk staff. And they were very responsive via WhatsApp throughout our stay for all our needs. The room was spacious and had an awesome ocean view. We ate at several of the restaurants and enjoyed the rooftop bar as well. The food was outstanding, rivaling meals that we have had all over the world. The pool was never crowded and was always clean. Having the Sea Plaza mall attached to the hotel provided a few lower-priced lunch options and an opportunity to buy some soft drinks to keep in the room. If you find yourself heading to Dakar, put the Noom at the top of your hotel list!
