En tout cas pour les commandes en ligne c'est impeccable, rien à dire.
J'ai aimé, suis venu pendant la période des promotions des pizzas et c'était juste abordable.

Avis publié sur GoogleI am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received at Yum-Yum and I genuinely feel other customers deserve to know about this experience. I visited the restaurant for dinner because, as a pregnant woman, I had been craving fast food all day. I even booked a taxi specifically to come there expecting a pleasant experience, but instead I left upset, disrespected, and without even enjoying my meal. When I arrived, I greeted everyone politely and waited patiently while the cashier was assisting another customer. I stayed at a respectful distance because I understand basic courtesy and did not want to stand directly on top of the customer ordering. After waiting there for several minutes, the moment the previous customer finished, another man walked in and immediately stepped in front of me to place his order even though I had clearly been waiting before him. What shocked me most was that the cashier, TABARA, saw me standing there the entire time and still chose to serve him first. The man even stopped to take a phone call before completing his payment, yet I was still ignored while standing there waiting. I politely addressed the situation because it was obvious what had happened. When I questioned why this was allowed, Tabara responded with attitude and claimed it was because I was “too far away,” which makes absolutely no sense considering I was simply giving the previous customer personal space while ordering like any respectful person would do. Instead of apologizing or handling the situation professionally, she became defensive, dismissive, and rude. I then asked for her name because I could not believe the way I was being treated, and even then she aggressively asked for my own name in return with an unnecessary attitude. The entire interaction ruined my appetite and completely spoiled my evening. I came there excited for dinner and left upset, humiliated, and emotionally drained. If you expect to be respected as a customer and expect your time to matter while waiting in line, I honestly would not recommend going there. I stood patiently waiting for my turn, only to be ignored while someone else cut directly in front of me and was rewarded for it. Basic customer service costs nothing: respect people’s time, acknowledge who was waiting first, and speak to customers properly. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. Customer service is not only about taking orders. It is about fairness, professionalism, awareness, and basic human decency. Unfortunately, I experienced none of that at YUM-YUM North Foire. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously because no customer should ever leave feeling dismissed and disrespected the way I did.
